HAFIZAHGHAZALI accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Paypal, Internet Banking and Local Bank Transfers. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

 

A submitted order is considered an agreement to the general terms of sale and any other conditions listed on this site.

 

HAFIZAHGHAZALI reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order.

The tops and bottoms sold in Full Sets are not interchangeable
 

Product Care

HAFIZAHGHAZALI strives towards sourcing out for high quality fabrics. However, garment care instructions must be followed due to their delicate nature. Respective garment care instructions are included on the 'detail' section of every product page.

 

Delivery

HAFIZAHGHAZALI processes orders for shipping throughout the weekdays, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed in the next working day.

 

Orders are shipped and dispatched via SingPost. We charge a shipping flat rate of SGD5.00 for a non-standard registered mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon payment. 

 

For international orders (Malaysia & Brunei), a shipping rate of SGD13.50 applies. It is inclusive of non-standard registered airmail with tracking number.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Should you be unsatisfied for any reason with your orders, you may exchange them within seven (7) working days from the date of order. 

 

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Discounted or sale items do not qualify for return.

 

Return postage fees will be borne by customers. Simply fill in this Order Exchange form and mail back the item in its original packaging. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment once the return has been received.

 

At current, we do not accept returns.
